SHOP LOCAL WITH TWEED DOLLARS!
When you need groceries, ink for your printer, or are about to embark on a home renovation project … think local. Many of the products and services that you need are available just minutes away, at competitive prices to the box stores. Shop local and help make our local economy flourish.
A Tweed & Area Chamber of Commerce initiative started in November 2013, the Tweed Dollar program supports local merchants and businesses by encouraging us all to Shop Local.
Tweed Dollars are used just like cash and are valid for use only within the Municipality of Tweed. Buy yours today as a reminder to Shop Local, or give them as a gift to friends and relatives. Tweed Dollars are available for purchase at the Tweed News and are accepted at most of the local businesses throughout town.
Remember…when we shop local everyone wins!
